Security Light AL1101 Batteries Will Not Charge

Cant get the lights battery to charge.
I have tried a couple of different Arlo wall chargers and different cables.
Have removed battery an put it back. Have plugged chargers into a wall socket as opposed to into an extension block.
No lights come on the light and nothing happend when I press the sync button on the top of the light.
I have not yet tried swapping the battery out from another light and trying that in this light...

Swapping batteries with a second light and attempting to charge both lights should give you the answer. Could be the battery or the light. When done, open a case with support to exercise your warranty:
