Only one light stays on while the other is offline for Arlo Security Light

We purchased the 2 pack of wire free smart lights (Arlo Security Light ALS1102) just over a week ago, we can only seem to see one light at time while the other says it is offline. Also teh light will turn on and then not turn off even though they set are to 5 minutes. They both synced fine to the bridge when installed. Is the bridge supposed to have some sort of light on it to show it is working? Ours only had a light on during the installation process?

That's right. No light when working, but during installation.

What are the "rules" for these lights?
