Is it ok to have the light on continuous charge ? and what does the caution symbol mean it used to say 100% ?

Yes, any Arlo device may be left plugged in. The battery is protected from overcharging.
There should be a filled in battery symbol when 100% - anything less would be an empty battery icon. In both cases a lightning bolt is also displayed on the battery.

Did you try clicking or hovering the pointer on the icon? What is the outdoor temp since the batteries won't charge when under 32F/0C to protect the battery?
