I am having trouble syncing Light to phone

I cant synch my light with my Samsung S8+. Arlo sent me a replacement and I still cannot synch. We have tried everything with no luck. Desperately want assistance thank you

Do you have / borrow another phone to sync ?  Once it's seen you'll be able to access it from any device.

( btw, worked fine on an S7 ... maybe uninstall and reinstall the app )

Also make sure your on the same network ( phone and arlo ) when attempting to install

At what point are you having an issue syncing? When adding the network/password?

A tip that might help, to make it easier to get the phone to see the QR codes on the bridge and lights is to take a photo and put that on to your PC.

 

Then when you need to get the phone to set up these things you don't have to mess around with the hardware. Just bring up the picture on your PC and point your camera at that.
