I cannot access live feeds from my macbook Air. I had no problem last week, but now I can"t. I can however access live feeds from my iphone. I am NOT using both devices at the same time which I know you can't do. Please Help. Is there a direct phone number I can call to get help and talk with a live person. Thank You. Floridian

Live view requires Flash to be enabled. What browser are you using? Have you enabled Flash for at least the current session?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on Safari? Also try running it on incognito mode and other browser to see if you're able to view it.
