How many lights can you connect to one bridge?

Unsure of max number, but am currently running 3 right now .

You can sync 6 arlo lights in one bridge but recommended to sync 4 lights only.

That is due to the connectivity concerns on the bridge which is why it is only recommended to sync 4 arlo lights.
