Arlo light does not turn on manually

One of my arlo lights that I purchased 3 days ago do not turn on manually. Motion detection works all the time and i cannot turn it off. it does not let me use color or floodlight or manually turn on the light on my cell phone app.

Have you tried to use these features through the web browser, or on another device with the Arlo Mobile App?

 

What Device are you using & what OS/Arlo App version is it running?

I tried the web browser and it did not work. I use IPhone.

Have you tried to remove the light from Settings > My Devices & re-add it?

Yes, I removed the device, restarted it and re-added several times. No luck😔

I had exactly the same issue.  I have 2 Arlo lights.  After getting them set up, one of them decided not to turn on when I toggled the manual switch on my iPhone.  After reading someone else's suggestion here on this board, I removed the rogue light and re-added it.  It worked for a few minutes but stopped responding again.  All this time the motion sensing and everything else was working properly.

 

I managed to get the light to work by simply unplugging the Arlo Bridge from the outlet and replugging it after one minute.  This is the old reboot concept when every other logical method fails 🤣.  This method worked for me and I hope it can resolve your issue as well.  🤞
