Arlo light Wont Flash Blue To Pair

I have Arlo cameras and just got 3 arlo lights, paired 2 but the 3rd one won’t flash blue to pair, what do I do to fix it. Phil

Verify the battery is charged - swap batteries around. Make sure the battery is fully inserted - the light should turn on bright when first inserted.
