Arlo Light and Arlo Camera Mounting Questions : Looking for any tips

I have 3 Arlo Pro 2 cameras and 6 Arlo Security Lights.

I want to put a light near each camera to make the night time camera footage look better.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions to make sure the bright light does not wash out night time recording?

I have a lot of mounting options in a couple of spots, so I want to do it right the first time without having to drill my house all to pieces.

FWIW, I placed an Arlo light just above a camera and it works great. I set up cross-triggering so if either triggers, the camera records. I get color recordings with details.
