Arlo Light Simple Task Impossible?

My Arlo light is powered, so I would like to use it like this: Turn on at 6pm(or dusk), continue providing light until 11pm. After that, turn on for a while if motion is detected. I'm having problem with the first part, which ironically should be easier. Obviously tapping manual switch every day is not an option. How could this simple task be achieved in automated way?

They were not designed to be continuously on due to battery constraints .... they are motion detect then on
