Arlo bridge for the security light bundle will not change from purple, I have tried the factory reset multiple times as well as trying different outlets and plugging it in right next to my other Arlo home base, nothing has changed and it is still purple after many hours of trying to fix it

don't recommend, many problems with the bridge that it connects to

I think purple means it's not connecting to your wifi router. Are you sure the credentials for your wifi router are entered correctly?

If the LED stays purple for longer than 2 minutes, this could indicate a hardware issue with the bridge. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate the issue or consider exchanging at the original place of purchase.
