won't connect to internet after trying to get support

I waited for a tech. person after talking to the first person for about 4 minutes then told me I will be transferred to some else that will pick up in 3-4 minutes and 27 minutes later NOTHING so I hung up I Never got such BAD Customer support in my life and I'm an older person & don't have time for this.
