signed up for Arlo secure but my account shows no subscription

We signed up for Arlo secure but my account shows no subscription, can’t call as I can not find a number for Arlo anywhere. This is lousy service.

Did you subscribe using my.arlo.com or from the app?

 

Or some other way?

We signed up on Arlo.com but my wife did it under her log in and I am primary so it does not show up in my Arlo app as I am subscribed. I even changed her profile to an admin status

The cameras are in your account (no matter what status you give her), and the subscription is in hers.

 

Options are to 

  1. Cancel her subscription and re-subscribe on your account.  You will lose one month's subscription cost if you do this.
  2. Remove the cameras (and bases if you have them) from your account, and then re-onboard them to hers.  Then share the cameras back to your account.  More work for you, but saves one month subscription cost.
