I subscribed to secure for doorbell only 2.99 per month. they took 2.99 out of my account then another dollar Why. 2.99 month does not include an extra dollar

You would be best to contact arlo customer support under the settings page of the app since your on a subscription plan.

This is a preauthorization hold. It will likely show as pending and should be removed once the charges go through after a few business days.
