The simple "Keep Me Signed In" feature never works for me.
Does it work for everyone else ?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Trouble-shooting approaches that "I" should take ? No idea...
I sign in with ID & Password, click Keep me signed in, and log in.
If I should close my activity with the community, then go back to do something else, I have to go through all the sign-in steps again.

This is what I have in my FireFox Browser section that 'Allows' cookies to be saved and not deleted when FireFox is closed...same format as a couple of dozen other sites whose cookies I save:

It appears the edge browser works. We reached out to the host support team for more info on this. I'll let you know when we have more info to provide. Thanks for the additional details .

Glad to know it's not just a me / my end problem.
If its "Edge only" oriented, I assume / hope arlo would open that up to the full list of Browsers & Search Engines...particularly for mobile devices because ( I assume ) that's where the majority of users operate from.

Well, it's been 8 weeks and no arlo fix...batting 1000 on two simple things:
No Fix for 'Email Notifications'
No Fix for 'Staying Signed In"

Our team reached out to the web host to get more clarity on this. While Arlo doesn’t directly control the timeframe it may take to fully resolve these types of symptoms, please know we’ll continue to keep an eye on it and share any updates as soon as we have them.

And here we are 2 months later with the "Keep Me Signed In" feature still non-existant.
The track record shows arlo has no intention of ever activating "Keep Me Signed In".
As a result, arlo should at least take the obvious professional action of eliminating the so called "Keep Me Signed In" feature from it's internet application screens.

Just for clarity - do you mean "trust the browser"? If so, what browser are you using?
Or do you mean the inactivity timer on the log in?

Every time you access the forum and want to post, you have to sign in, regardless of whether the 'keep me signed in' box is ticked or not.
