I am trying to access my account to upgrade to paid subscription but I no longer have access to the email I originally signed up and can’t remember the password. It’s infuriating that a significant amount of money was spent on this system and I can’t even talk to a live agent because I don’t have a subscription.

Can you access the arlo app installed on a mobile device? If so you should have the password saved in the mobile password settings.
