My arlo subscription supports multiple Devices. I've just added another device. Not sure if this device will be included with my monthly subscription payment.

None of subscription plan will mention if an additional camera will be included in my multiple devices subscription payment. Unless arlo wants user to assume so.

Thanks for replying. I've been to that link, doesn't mention how my extra camera gets included in my multiple subscription plan, unless it's an consumption??

Check the camera subscription status by logging into the arlo web portal my.arlo.com then select settings then subscription then manage subscription.

I've been to the subscription site, I can subscribe to a plan, change an existing plan. No option to adding an extra device to an existing multiple device plan. I will probably just subscribe to single device plan for my multiple devices and will be cheaper than my initial $14.99 plan. Not well thought out Arlo. Hope somebody at Arlo is listening.

So the article link provided does not work or you were unsuccessful because you could not add your cameras to the multi camera plan?

Are you seeing "Feed" in the app interface, or are you seeing "Library"?

Are you logging into my.arlo.com, and then looking in it's subscription area?  If so, do you see any buttons that say "manage cameras"?

Also, is the new camera still covered by the trial subscription?

My first camera has a trial period as well a multiple device subscription plan. My second camera has a trial period. Not sure that after the trial period, will it be automatically covered by my multiple device plan?

You'll need to move it into the multiple device subscription plan.  You can't do that until the trial expires (or until you cancel it).

I meant assumption,  at this point I will assume extra cameras will be added automatically to any multiple device subscription plan.
