HI

i cant sign in to my phone, the phone does not go beyond "WE DONT RECOGNIZE THIS DEVICE

 

I have been trying to two days and cant get help

 

please help

What is the exact error message you're seeing? Are you able to provide a screenshot?

 

If you log in from a PC using the web client, do you still experience the same behavior?
