I had minor issues throughout the years, but since a power outage  I cannot get cameras to reconnect.

I have since removed the Smart hub, which it has no issues finding, multiple times and reloaded.

I have completely removed the app and reinstalled it.

I have tried using the desktop and the app to install/find the cameras and it will not find any of the 5 cameras.

I have tried different batteries in different cameras, different distances and the just can't be installed.

 

What the heck!!!!!

 

It looks like they took away the tech support number unless you have a subscription, but I don't need the features and if their product worked as described I would not need tech support number either.

Seems to me the update is what is causing my current issue, but cannot be 100% sure.

Other customers have reported similar issues with the upgraded app since late last year.

 

If your using a iOS platform to install the cameras then try using an android instead.

Android mobile device and Windows desktop.

 

Neither work.
