They changed 17.99 and 12.99 for the subscription services I've tried twice same result ive get charged but still have no access to recording and plans show inactive my card is still pending transaction from my account but my cameras still are not allowing me to see saved videos it has given me the same error message "master plan not assigned to account unable to assign supplemental plan" but you've still taken my money hopeful this can be resolved if not id like a refund
