Why can't I get help from Arlo??

I have a one year prepaid subscription to Arlo Secure, yet have not been able to connect my system to the subscription. I attempt to request call backs, but they are ignored. I eventually managed to chat online with someone who told me she would put in a request for a call back, and they never did. I receive emails telling me to update my case, but when I click on the link and log on, there is no where to update my case.
What more can I do?? Arlo has totally ignored me as a customer, after essentially stealing my $155.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
