What settings to set when you are home to not receive notifications

Hello Everyone. I have just received my Arlo Essential Spotlight camera, I have set it so it films my front door inside as I live in an Apartment.

I can see that you can setup automation with the Arrive and Leave function, is there anyway to set it so when I am home, it does not give me any notifications when I leave and arrive if I am in the geofence zone, I could set it to not film when I am home, but that is not good as I sometime go running without my phone and also if someone enters when I am home, it should film it too.

Edit your automations and enable notifications for the Leave one and disable them for Arrive.
