What does Arlo app local feed actually do?

Just “ updated” my working perfectly fine Arlo app to Arlo secure after constant nags suggesting that I do so… and now locally stored events are buried in the hub settings.  So what does the local feed tab actually do?

WHich phone and OS version? Feed should show a selection for Cloud and Local although sometimes I find I have to go to a different page (Dashboard, etc.) and then back to Feed to get that to display. You may want to reboot the phone and reinstall the app.
