VMB5000 VIEWING Locally stored videos

I have a VMB5000 Base and am I unable to view locally stored videos thru the app? Everything I've read says I should be able to view the last 30 days. Any ideas?  I also have the Secure multi-camera subscription.

Are you able to access the cloud videos?

What happens when you try to access local storage?

I discovered that the base was not selected in devices allowed to be accessed. Problem solved.
