Hi,

I have the VBM4000 which doesn't seem to be recognising any of my devices (Arlo Pro 2, Doorbell and the floodlight).

The far right orange light is now on after numerous reboots, resets etc.  Nothing seems to be working.  The doorbell weirdly was the only on functioning and now even that is showing offline.  Before i started messing with it, all three lights on the front were green...

Also, I've set up an Arlo Secure subscription which won't let me add any devices.

Help!  on both counts please. I'm beyond frustrated.....

I'd start with the floodlight.  Have you tried a factory reset on it?

Also, if the app is failing to onboard, I suggest trying a PC (my.arlo.com).  Ideally connect it with ethernet, not wifi.  This can't be done with the doorbell, but the browser can be used to onboard your other devices.
