Using smarthub with subscription

I have 3 pro4 cameras and a smarthub. They all work fine when operating with the smarthub VMB4540, and i can view the videos on the USB.
I want to get an Arlo Secure subscription to get the video clips in the feed and cloud storage so my wife can also view historical recordings.
Does local recording on smarthub work at the same time as cloud storage?
How do I access any cloud storage video? My android arlo app does not have any buttons such as "Library" which I've seen in other articles.

Are you saying you have "Feed"? If so, the cloud recordings will show up in "Feed".
