I had purchased a Single Camera Annual Secure Plan in March, 2024, then upgraded to the Multi Camera Plan a few months later, in July, 2024. Even though I had added my purchase/activation code for the new Multi Camera Plan, it was not really active until I cancelled my original Single Camera Plan. Once cancelled then I received notification of a remaining balance refund and all of my cameras became active with saved recordings. Not explained well at all on the website and I had to do a bit of hunting-and-pecking around, plus contacted "support" via chat. The website showed both plans/subscriptions, I selected "Cancel Subscription", then I was able to pick which one to cancel. All working well now.
