Since the new version of the app it's impossible to use my custom mode.

And my added shared device (basstations and cameras) are gone.

Please arrange roll back!

Geofencing is gone, possibility to add schedule is gone, my custom modes are gone and it's not possible to setup new custom modes on all my cameras.

My shared cameras at the summerhouse are gone.

Is this an update are a total failure once again, or another trick to make people pay for a expensive subscription to get their features back.

If you recently migrated from the old UI that used Library to view recordings to the new one that uses Feed, custom modes aren't universally available yet - they're on a slow roll-out. All you can do is wait.

Shared cameras require that all accounts, including the one that is doing the sharing, use the  same UI. Since you're on the new UI, the other one must migrate, too. That can be done by choosing to install a Pro 5, even though you don't have one. The first step is to migrate the account after which you can cancel the installation. Once that's complete, you would click on Home and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so you need to choose the proper one to see the cameras. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious.

Geofencing isn't gone, it's just tat you may need to set it back up. Use the Routines tab, click on Automations and see if any GF settings are there. If they are, edit them to check for correctness. If not, click on the "+" at the top and choose "Add Arrive/Leave". You'll need to set one for each. This FAQ should get you going:

Thanks Jguerdat,

After testing this and a LOT of other things I finally have some parts working.

If anyone has shared devices you will need to do like jguerdat writes. Login to shared account, start adding a pro5 and it will demand an update and after that you get this Eufy looking interface and you can shift between your system and the shared one. Not as good as before when you could see all cameras in the same view...

Why does Arlo roll out software that is not tested as working for so many users?

If I were a monthly paying customer I would very unhappy that my security system is not working all of the sudden and you have to spend hours figuring out tricks how to get some functionality.

When can we expect to get features for all our cameras that we had before?

The custom modes is now available to some Arlo customers. We are hoping to have it available to all users soon.
