Hello, 

 

Hi,

I recently purchased two Arlo Pro 5s 2K and an Arlo 2K HD Video Doorbell. I live in Iceland and have been unsuccessful in subscribing to the Secure plan.

I registered under the EU region, but every time I try to subscribe, I’m prompted to log in again and somehow end up on the US page. I’ve tried different browsers, cleared my cache, but nothing seems to work. I’m using a MacBook and an iPhone, and when I try to use the app, I get a message saying, "Please go to Arlo on the web to manage your plans and cameras." But that does not work as mentioned previously. 

Is anyone able to help with this?

Arlo Secure is currently not available in your region, this is why you are experiencing an issue with purchasing a subscription.
