Unable to reinstate Cameras back online

For some reason i wasn’t able to view my cameras so i tried removing and reinstating them as instructed by support and now I can’t even pick up the cameras at all despite the factory reset and setup of the cameras but no problem with taking the subscription

Did you fully follow these directions, especially the amount of time to hold the button?

I suppose it's possible that you also need to reset your hub by removing all cameras connected to it as well as the hub itself from your account and then set the system back up as if new.

Problem was never solved hence why I cancelled my subscription
