Early this month I got a email saying they couldn’t process payment and to update the card on file. The card on file is completely fine but I did it anyway. Now I just got another email saying the same thing? And my membership will be canceled in 14 days if I don’t pay. No matter how much I upgrade the card it won’t take the payments and it’s double what I normally pay.

Same same same. And this is the second month in a row. I’ve done the exact same as you, and for whatever reason it keeps kicking it back. I’m just at a loss on what else to do.

I’m tempted to try and “upgrade” my plan and see if they just want me to pay them more money….
I still haven’t heard anything back from my email to them. At this point they are just going have to lose my business and I’m just gonna have to loose security.
