I have my entire home set up with Arlo cameras and have for 4 years. I opened my app today only to be notified that I had been logged out and to sign back in. I tried and it told me wrong password, tried resetting my password and never got any email links to do so, tried contact support and was told I didn’t have access to live support, attempted to create a new account with the same email and it allowed me to but now I can’t link ANYTHING or contact anyone.

I have reached out to support regarding you not being able to access the Arlo account. Support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.

They reached out to me via email to tell me that I needed to log into the app or the website to get support, both of which I cannot do, which is the entire problem. This level of customer service is beyond ridiculous and I’m being charged for a service I can no longer access or cancel anymore.
