I have been trying for 2 months to get my subscription renewed monthly. I received notice that my payment needed to be updated and I did that. Now when it accepts the payment method through my account login it will not allow me to subscribe. I would like to actually pay for my service that I need.

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
