I got an email saying I needed to update my payment info or my subscription would be canceled. I updated it, or so I thought. I got a few more messages about it but I wasn’t worried since I had updated the info. Today I get an email saying my subscription was canceled. I logged in and tried entering the payment info but keep getting the same message “unable to authorize electronic payment”. I’ve tried a few different cards with no luck. It shouldn't be this hard to renew my subscription, unless Arlo doesn't want to make money?

My advice is to check the CCs statements as you may have been charged for each attempt based on other customer complaints.

It says "unable to authorize electronic payment."  I have tried multiple cards and end up in the same place.
