Hi,

 

I am new to Arlo. I have two Go2 cameras. I am trying to but sub and keep getting this error: We're sorry, Arlo is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

 

It is not a browser issue, as I have tried a different browser. I tried it from my mobile, and I still encountered the same problem.

 

I am confused: why can't I buy a sub from the app? It should be simpler. I feel like logging into the dashboard complicates things.
