I tried to add a new camera to my system, and it said I had to upgrade in order to do so, but the modes would be handled by routines now. Well, I just spent $100 on a new camera, so I hit the button. Now, my cameras cannot do what they have done for over 8 years.

- I cannot arm or disarm individual cameras - this is insane.

- I cannot set a schedule for individual cameras. This is a huge deal - we have FOUR Arlo Go 2s that run on solar panels in the boonies, and it gets windy in the afternoons. If I can't turn down the sensitivity during a windy afternoon, the batteries will go dead. If I can't turn up the sensitivity between dusk and dawn, the cameras won't pick up the intruders that in the past we have been able to scare off with high sensitivity and alerts in the middle of the night and then set off sirens - it was a lifesaver - and Arlo took that away?

- I have schedules for the regular cameras as well, some get armed at different times than others. Sometimes if we're working in the yard, I will want to turn that camera off, but leave the others on, but only for a few hours.

- I looked at the table showing the plans when I first got an invitation to upgrade, and there were no warnings about the critical loss of services, just a value mention of modes becoming routines.

- We have invested thousands in Arlo, and with no warning, they have reduced the features and raised the price.

Arlo staff - please help me resolve this.

Arlo users - have you found a solution? Has anyone gone to the BBB or have any ideas to keep the services we were promised when we bought them? Want to start making noise with me?
