Trying to restart my account and get a diff plan but it says an error with a master plan error

So I had a plan mths ago stopped using it during a move and now want to reinstate it at the higher plan. When I hit it it take $1 for my account then says there is an error with the master plan being changed. Master plan not assigned to this account, unable to assign supplemental plan. How can I fix this and get this working...
