Try to cancel my subscription but the page just hangs

Log on https://my.arlo.com/ , go to page Subscription then select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom.  Select "Secure Multi-Camera - Monthly then select " Continue with cncellation", after that the page hangs with arlo logo and "Please wait".   I have tried multiple times but the same result. Any recommendation to resolve it?

Have you tried from a different browser or device? Try deleting the cache and cookies as well.

Tried with chrome and firefox, cleared cache and cookie but still not working, the page hangs.Screenshot 2024-06-08 094451.png
