I live in the US and use the "Arlo Plus - Unlimited Cameras" plan. According to their website, Arlo raised the price of this plan from $12.99 to $17.99 in February (there was no message about the plan change). However, my credit card was charged $21.64 ($19.99 is the cost of the plan + $1.65 in taxes). I tried to find out from Arlo in the chat (i.e. from the artificial intelligence) why I should pay $19.99 instead of $17.99, but I got no answer. The correct answer was - the AI doesn't know! And it doesn't give a phone number to get an answer from a person, not from the AI. Maybe someone has encountered a similar problem and knows the answer to this question?

Hi,
I would be more than happy to help you. If you bill it annually it is 17.99 a month if you choose the monthly it is 19.99 a month. You can see that relected here:
