Do not buy. I purchased a lifetime subscription about a year ago, now they have cut me off asking for an additional $300+ to continue my "LIFETIME " subscription. Are they going to "require " additional payments next year? Doing business like that will result in "no business ".

Not from Arlo, as they have never offered that.  Either you purchased an annual subscription plan, or you were dealing with a scammer.

Maybe check the payment records on the card, and see if it was billed to Arlo or someone else.
