Was updating my payment information for subscription and was charged and doesn't show I have a plan . Arlo is not helpful to which u can't contact them without having a subscription.  What Is this world coming too. About to move over to another security system where u can talk to a live agent and not get scammed

Ok thank you . But they still haven't reached out yet. Customer service is ridiculous
