Subscription fee was set to renew by feb 27th 2025 for the horrible price of 990 ddk, according to the subscription plan in arlo app.

However, Arlo deducted 1090 instead - and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and referred to their general price increase.

So just to emphasise - Arlo cannot be trusted, their words are nothing. Cancel while you can.

There was a price increase announced on 3 January 2025.  You should have gotten an email on that date.  The one I received was titled "Arlo Plan Update".  Did you get that email?

I got that email, but that  is not really the point.

The point is, the subscription plan prices in the arlo app stated 990 for renewal at feb 27.

But as of March 1st it became 1090, and thats what arlo withdrew from my account.

I can have someone look into this further. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I got a 'free trial subscription' for $22 when I bought 2 new cameras. I hate the new plan constantly going offline and I'm trying to revert to the old software & plan for $13.

There is no way to go back to the old software. However, can you tell me more about the cameras going offline?

This is how they work on the new app.  They very frequently appear as off-line in the interface (both app and browser, but I use the browser almost exclusively).  Often it happens when first launching the interface and requires logging off and back on multiple times to get it to respond. Some times if you wait long enough, (several minutes), they'll start to show as on-line, one-by-one over a period of several more minutes.

While showing as offline, you of course can't interact with the camera settings or information, however as stated above, they do still react to motion/sound and will record.
