Subscription payment not possible.

I would like to buy an subscription plan, but it goes wrong with the payment. I tried by credit card and PayPal. I think there is a bug in the system. I am also not able to tik the agreement box.
Do they want customers or not ? Then why make it so difficult ?

Have you tried both the app as well as the web client? Are you in a country that can get a subscription?

Im having the same issue.   Once AGAIN, STILL arlo has FAILED.  Cameras are useless.  The customer service sucks ass, they are absolutely ZERO help.   Looks like i’ll have to shell out another $500 or so for a camera system that works….
