Subscription not showing up on my account

I am paying for a monthly subscription, but my ex-husband has set up the account. I believe he was the primary login and now it is not showing the subscription under my profile. I need to link my account to my active subscription since I am paying for it and he no longer lives in my

House . I can’t get Help through live agent because they said I am not privy to it since I don’t show a subscription on my account. Can somebody please help me. Of course I can’t find a phone number anywhere
