just wanted to let people know to be careful when contacting customer service. I attempted to reach out to cancel my service because I’m moving and ended up speaking to someone in another country who insisted I pay a cancellation fee. Luckily, I didn’t connect to the online chat with them, but they have been calling me constantly. The number is now blocked. I found their number when doing an online search for Arlo. Their webpage looks very real with Arlo logo and comes up as the first selection as a sponsored link.

We are aware of this, there is many fradulant Arlo websites. The only way to get to Arlo support is through our secure app. And only those with subscriptions can reach support. Otherwise, you can post in the community and we would be more than happy to help.
