I tried to renew my subscription yesterday and was charged twice but don’t seem to have a subscription plan for my account. Chat doesn’t work because I can’t talk to a real person. Would someone please contact me? I just ordered 3 new cameras and if I can’t use them I’m returning them. Super frustrating

I tried renewing my expired Arlo secure subscription for front door. I have not been able to do it successfully. In fact, I was charged 3 times $7.99. Need to communicate with someone NOW!!!!
