How's it possible @ShayneS that this same issue is back:

https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Secure/Status-of-the-device/m-p/2460351#M14075

My Arlo HD is telling me it's in the Arm Away mode and is detecting motion, even though it isn't. App version 6.5.8_6050808

I'd like to see more cumulative (quality) software/firmware updates but less often. There's no point making a step forward to then make two steps back because what I'm using is supposed to be a commercial product - part of which is the app itself - for which I paid (through paying for the equipment).

This should be resolved in the latest version of the app 6.23.0

This version's currently in a phased release, so there's a chance it may not be available just yet. It looks to be about 75% released.

I wasn't able to replicate this with the vmc3030 across android 6.5.8 and web. Does this occur indefinitely?

Are you still seeing the mismatch?

Yes!

Currently, Pro 2 is active and detecting motion (arm home mode), whereas the others, like my Ultra garden, are idle (not arm home mode or recording). There is no difference in status, as shown below. (I'm my case, Pro 2 is now detecting motion as it's in the rules/automations to record, whereas Ultra Garden is not listed in rules/automations to record in this mode)

Conversely, when Arm Away is activated, all cameras show they have this status, even if one of them isn't detecting motion or included in that mode (in my case it's Arlo HD)

The Arlo development team is currently investigating reports of this behavior. I'll keep this thread updated.

Ok.

So, essentially, what status is displayed in each camera currently depends on the mode selected, and not on also whether the camera is part of that mode.

Just wanted to let you know the team is still actively working on this, and I'll provide another update when I have more info.
