Smart Notications and Recordings.

@JamesC - this is just a suggestion on how smart notifications and recording should work.  I'm posting it in hopes other users will reply with their feedback.

One comment is that I think the setting is misplaced.  Certainly many people struggle to find it.

Personally I think that the smart notification settings should be in the "Default Mode Settings" area for each camera.  This would include both the notification on/off itself and whether the recording should be saved if the notification is off.

And also it should be possible to set both of these options in the rules for the camera in each mode (overriding the default mode settings).

Thanks for the feedback, lots of internal discussion taking place on this feature at the moment, I will make sure your suggestions are based along to the development team for consideration.

I've totally forgotten about the "Rules" section but it's an interesting idea to combine the two. For every Smart Notification option, maybe there should be "what to do" options -- record or not, post on Feed or not, send alert notifications or not. Clearly, we've seen people use their cameras for different reasons and have different needs for notifications. I have 11 cameras and they're all a little different in terms of what I want to see and be notified of.
