Will upgrading to the secure PLUS (60 day plans) enable me to retrieve 33 day old footage I have lost on the 30 day secure plan?

No. Arlo deletes the videos once the retention has ended, and upgrading plan won't bring back the ones already deleted.

Secure Plus, like the lesser Secure plan, provides 30 days of storage, not 60. Regardless, once deleted that's it.

True in the US, but not in Europe.
