Recently paid for the ‘Secure’ subscription ($12.99) for my cameras and the Secure features are not working at all. The chat is a huge looping waste!! Keep getting a prompt telling me only paid subscribers can talk to a live agent. On another note, turning off the Animal filter is useless as well. Close to trashing this Arlo system.
